General
The ‘company’ means Aroma Home Limited. ‘The Purchaser’ means the person, firm or company whose order is accepted by the Company.
Price
The Company reserves the right unless otherwise stated to invoice at the Company’s list price ruling at the actual date of dispatch.
Payment
Payment is due strictly 30 days from the date of invoice. The company reserves the right to charge interest at 3% above the Bank of England base rate on all overdue accounts. New customers will be on Pro forma Invoices for the first two orders.
Minimum Order and Carriage Paid
Minimum order is £250. The company will only pay for carriage when minimum order terms are complied with and when delivery is in the UK.
Delivery
Delivery will normally be within 2-3 weeks from receipt of order. The company will use their reasonable endeavours to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay in delivery from any cause. Non delivery must be notified within 14 days of invoice date.
Claims
Breakages / Shortages must be signed for on receipt and notified to us within 3 working days. No claim for damage can be accepted unless you have advised the Company in writing. Consignments should be signed ‘unchecked’ if this is the case.
Retention of Title
Upon delivery of the goods to the Purchaser the risk shall pass but the Company shall remain the Owner of them until such time as the buyer shall have paid to the Seller the full price thereof.
Data Protection
We may transfer information about you to our bankers / financiers for the purpose of providing services and for the following purposes:
- Obtaining credit insurance
- Making credit reference agency searches
- Credit control
- Assessment and analysis (including credit scoring, market, product and statistical analysis)
- Securitisation
- Protecting our interests
We will provide you with details of our bankers / financiers and that of any credit reference agencies used on request.
Law
Any dispute to be governed by English Law.
